Certain protective, observation, unmanned and public-security products may be controlled or restricted. Qualification and legal review occur before quotation or document access.
Buyer and end-use review
JT Tactical may request the legal organization name, procurement authority, end user, destination, intended use, project documents and additional compliance information.
No circumvention
Products and documents will not be supplied to evade law, sanctions, licensing, end-use restrictions, re-export controls or manufacturer conditions.
Model-level evidence
Protection, test or certification statements must apply to the exact proposed model and configuration. Category labels and similar-looking products are not evidence.
Right to decline
JT Tactical may pause or decline a request when buyer identity, end use, destination, documentation, evidence or legal eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.
