Privacy Policy

How the JT Tactical website collects, uses, protects and retains procurement inquiry information.

Interim notice dated: 23 August 2026. Entity-specific jurisdiction, hosting and retention details are still subject to legal review; this page is not presented as a complete jurisdiction-specific notice.

Information we collect

We collect contact, organization, buyer type, country, procurement requirement, estimated quantity, project references, deadlines and consent information submitted through the RFQ. The inquiry service may also record source-page and campaign parameters plus a short-lived privacy-preserving network identifier for abuse prevention.

How we use it

Information is used to assess buyer qualification, respond to procurement requests, prepare technical or commercial follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain inquiry records and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.

Optional website measurement

Analytics is currently unconfigured and disabled. If it is approved and enabled, it remains off until the visitor allows it. Measurement events use a static page path and controlled event fields; they exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, countries, quantities, messages, inquiry references, raw referrers and URL query parameters. An accepted-form event records only that the API accepted a structured request; it does not mean the inquiry was delivered, qualified or won.

What we do not do

We do not sell inquiry data. Analytics and server logs must not contain the full email, phone number or inquiry message. Tender files are not accepted through the public inquiry form.

Storage and processors

Inquiry data is stored in the website’s protected database, separate from application releases. Email notification is sent through the configured enterprise mailbox. Hosting, email, analytics and security-provider details will be disclosed after the official service configuration is verified.

Retention and rights

The applicable retention schedule remains subject to legal review. Subject to applicable law, a requester may ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected].
