When you send a quotation request, we collect the contact details, organization, buyer type, country, procurement requirement, estimated quantity, project references, deadlines and consent information you provide. We may also record the page used to contact us, campaign information and a short-lived privacy-preserving network identifier used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to assess buyer qualification, respond to procurement requests, prepare technical or commercial follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain inquiry records and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.

Optional website measurement

Google Analytics 4 remains off unless you choose Allow analytics. If enabled, it measures page views, progress through the inquiry form, accepted inquiries, contact-channel clicks, catalogue navigation and document downloads. For WhatsApp clicks, measurement is limited to the link location, link type and whether a desktop or mobile device was used. These measurements exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, countries, quantities, messages, inquiry references, full referring web addresses and web-address query parameters. A recorded accepted-inquiry event means only that the website accepted the request; it does not confirm delivery to our team, buyer qualification or an order.

What we do not do

We do not sell inquiry data, and we do not use analytics or server logs to collect the full email address, phone number or inquiry message. Tender files are not accepted through the public inquiry form.

Storage, service providers and security

Inquiry information is stored in a protected website database and an email service notifies our business team of new requests. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics processes the measurement information described above. We also use website hosting and security services to operate and protect the site. Access to inquiry information is limited to the people and services needed to handle requests and maintain the website.

Retention and your rights

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the status of the inquiry and applicable legal or compliance requirements. Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete information connected with your inquiry by emailing [email protected].
