Military Combat T-Shirt

JTT-A132 is a configurable crew-neck duty T-shirt family for institutional issue programs. The buyer should first state whether the shirt is worn alone, beneath a field jacket or under body equipment, then describe the climate, normal shift, care routine and appearance requirements. This context determines the fabric and fit decisions that matter; colour names and broad comfort language do not define a production-ready garment.

Fabric composition, yarn, knit structure and finished weight should be selected together. A cotton-rich route, a blended route and a performance-oriented synthetic route behave differently in moisture handling, drying, shrinkage, surface appearance and repeated care. The quotation should therefore name the proposed construction and any required test method instead of applying one generic material promise to every climate or duty profile.

Fit approval should cover body length, chest ease, shoulder position, sleeve opening and neck recovery across representative sizes. A crew neckline that looks acceptable on one display size can stretch, sit too high or lose shape when the grading and rib specification change. The size-set record should therefore include finished measurements, tolerances and the condition in which the garment is measured. If the buyer supplies its own chart, the pattern team should reconcile that chart with fabric behaviour before a production ratio is confirmed.

Colour and camouflage are controlled references rather than generic catalogue choices. A solid shade needs an approved physical or measurable reference; a printed requirement needs repeat, scale, placement and colour-layer artwork appropriate to the selected knit. Labels, heat transfers, embroidery and packaging can also change the appearance or hand of a light garment. The development sample should show all identity components in their intended positions so the buyer can approve one assembled baseline instead of reviewing decorations separately.

An institutional T-shirt program is usually accepted through material identity, measurements, neckline and seam workmanship, shade, identity components and size-ratio packing. The inspection plan should say which points are checked before cutting, during sewing and on finished garments, and should record any contracted colourfastness, shrinkage or dimensional method by name. Labels and packing need the same revision control as the garment. The requirement should distinguish brand or agency labels, size and care labels, individual names or numbers, unit allocation and carton markings. If the contract supplies several departments or destinations, a packing matrix should show the size ratio and identity variant for each delivery point. This prevents a technically acceptable shirt from arriving in an unusable issue assortment.

For quotation, provide the wearer group, estimated quantity, wearing condition, fabric or performance priorities, colour or artwork reference, size system, decoration method, packing allocation and desired sample stage. A development sample can settle material and construction; a size set validates grading; and a pre-production sample fixes the complete approved configuration.
